The Company wishes to announce that it has appointed Mr. Michael Goh Seng Kim (Michael Goh) as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Michael Goh has over 35 years' experience in banking, managing contact centres, and various commercial and retail business operations. He has work experience in both multinational organisations and regional companies such as Diebold Nixdorf, UAB Bank (Myanmar) AmBank (under ANZ Bank), Hong Leong Bank, EON Bank, Public Bank, HRC World Plc and MSD Innovation. Michael Goh held many senior positions such as General Manager, Operations Director, and Senior Vice President in the organisations he served. He earned his MBA from Heriot-Watt University, U.K. in 1999 and has diplomas in Computer Studies from NCC and in Management from Institute of Management. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and has qualifications in IT Service Management.
